Hot Tamale in Potsdam

Horrible service. Had to ask twice for drink cups. Never got our pico de gallo or sour cream for our meal. Pork was dry. The first person who tried to wait on us didn't know how to make a quesadilla. Was also very dirty. The tortilla chips came out of a store brand bag and were stale.

If you hunger southwest food this is where to go... It's just not as good as it could be

Not that good, we ate dinner there and the queso was weird, rice was mushy and nasty, food preparer muttered, and a fly landed on the tortilla. Felt like an off brand Chipotle. My boyfriend used to go here and said the burritos were huge and delicious but these were decent sized and just eh. At least my hunger was satisfied. Couldn’t finish the chips and cheese.

Food lacks flavor. I ordered some tacos once & the whole thing was cold & soggy. The tacos were way too over filled & just fell apart. Didn’t end up eating much of it.

Terrible after reopening. All I wanted was a steak bowl. Ended up getting a chicken bowl for $9. They didn’t give me much of anything at all. Barefoot kids ran around the restaurant the whole time and the lady behind the counter wasn’t paying attention. Foods pretty gross. Don’t recommend.

Good burrito.

Our food of choice for a quick bite everytime in Pottsdam. Always fresh and delicious. Great staff.

Good food, at reasonable prices made fast. I like to get the Tamales.

Went pretty far downhill under the new management. It used to be one of my goto spots for quick serve Tex mex. Now it seems like you have a lower chance of catching Ebola at Chipotle than you do at Hot Tamale.
